The following rooms in the Memorial Hall are available for hire. The facilities will depend on which rooms are hired.
The prices for hiring the rooms are:

The Main Hall is a large room with plenty of natural light, a sprung dance floor and a stage at one end. The room is ideal for big family celebrations, sports groups, classes, shows and community events. Access to the well-appointed kitchen is to the right of the stage. Toilet facilities including disabled, are on this level. The main hall boasts a versatile sound system with Bluetooth capability. Wi-Fi and a hearing loop are also available. The main entrance to the hall is at the opposite end to the stage, via a lobby. Nominal measurement of the room: 9m x 16m.

The Small Hall has plenty of natural light and its own entrance. It has a work unit down one side which could be used for displays. The room would be ideal for meetings and small groups. Wi-Fi and an electronic whiteboard are available. Toilet facilities including disabled, are on this level. Access to the well-appointed kitchen is via a door at the end of the room. Nominal measurement of the room: 5.5m x 9m.
Safe occupancy limit is 40 people.
The Mawson Room is a light and airy space situated on the first floor, accessed by stairs only. This room is ideal for meetings and one to one consultation. Wi-Fi is available. There is a sink unit in the corner of the room with a kettle and cups for making refreshments. Toilet facilities are downstairs. Nominal measurement of the room: 5.5m x 8m.
Safe occupancy limit is 35 people.
The kitchen contains an electric cooker, hot water dispenser, microwave, two hotpots and a selection of mugs, cups, plates and other crockery. Please ensure the kitchen is left clean and tidy after use.
