Chair Yoga is ideal for anyone who wants to keep moving, stretch safely, and enjoy the benefits of yoga without getting down on the floor. Not only does it improve mobility and flexibility, builds strength and stability, enhances circulation and posture but it also encourages social connection and is fun!
