Fitness exercises for all ages.
Pilates is on Mondays and Thursdays at 9:30am until 10.30am.
Classes are suitable for all ages and abilities. Kym has over 20 years teaching experience and will assist with individuals and offer alternative moves if necessary. All participants are encouraged to work at their own pace and level. Bring your own mat.
SOSA Dancefit is on Mondays and Thursdays at 10:30am until 11.30am.
A fabulous low impact dance fitness class based on traditional ballroom and Latin dances, for example, waltz, jive, Charleston, paso doble, tango and disco! All participants encouraged to work at their own pace and just enjoy the music.
